I began my passion for bonsai 10 years ago, intrigued by the beauty of small trees in a pot.

Over time, my work with bonsai has taught me that the connection between the pot and the tree is a special symbiotic relationship. My interest in bonsai ceramics manifested 2 years ago from struggling to find the perfect pot with the features, style and colors that paired well with the tree. It came down to creating my own pots.

All of my pots are slab built by hand- no molds or forms. I admire traditional shapes, clean lines, and simplicity. No two pots of mine are the same. 

I am a current member of the Bonsai Society of Portland and the Willamette Valley Bonsai Society.
